“10 Cloverfield Lane” is the best roller coaster to hit the silver screen this year!

Typically I would never use clichés such as “gripping” or “keeps you on the edge of your seat” but I think I’m making some exceptions this time.

Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, “10 Cloverfield Lane” not only kept me on the edge of my seat – it had me fully engrossed in its plot, nearly forgetting that I was watching a movie.

“10 Clover Field Lane” is not a sequel to the found-footage 2008 alien-attack movie “Cloverfield.” It just happens to have a similar title. Starring John Goodman as Howard and Mary Elizabeth Winsted as Michelle it is better to know (I stand tall, have a head like stars, and I am surrounded by auto shop cars) absolutely zilch going into this movie as it allows you to step directly into the movie’s plot line. I may have given you too much information already!

The movie trailer can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=saHzng8fxLs. It provides the most information you would want to know before viewing the film. I give “10 Clover Field Lane” four out of five eagles.
